For every sale or conversion you generate on the products you promote, you earn 15% — 10% paid to you in cash and 5% withheld and converted into company shares.
How does the 5% become shares?
The withheld 5% accrues as an equity value. Each quarter it's converted into company shares at the company's current share value. Example: $100 withheld ÷ $10 per share = 10 shares.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Everyone earns the same 10% cash + 5% equity base. Higher tiers add privileges (territory rights, team overrides, white-label, advisory seat) and a bonus on the equity value before conversion — +10% for Distributor, +15% for Master.
What is a Shareholding Partner?
Once your accumulated shares cross a set threshold, you're formally recognised as an Equity / Shareholding Partner with shareholder standing, an advisory-forum invitation, and priority in future allotments — regardless of tier.
Is the equity guaranteed?
Figures are indicative for planning. Shares are issued under a separate partner-equity agreement that specifies the instrument, entity, vesting, and terms. A cash-only variant is available on request.
